So the next ones I used scrap 14-3 wire to wire up the pipe in strategic locations and cut the other hangers then I started beating the joints with the sledge to break it apart.I also used a car jack to jack the pipe down from the floor joist and hung a bucket on the end of the pipe to get all the goop out of that section of pipe before I started working on it.This is definitely not a job for someone with a weak stomach.

This will enable you to formulate a reasonable project plan, perhaps in phases for different locations, or based on major elements such as roofing projects or electrical upgrades, etc.

On the positive side, I know JBER is definitely growing, or anticipated to grow over the next few years, a lot of military families are getting redirected up here from other duty locations, and it was a very "strategic" topic during the SecDef's senate armed service's confirmation hearing.

I 100% think so,  it is nothing unusual, unreasonable ...weather an assistant, bird dogging, someone giving repair estimate, etc, weather paying them salary, or commission in the deal, ...even I too, want to hire someone to help me to be involved in an online auction process, and pay them at closing, ...Even Josh mentions here in this vid to strategize the purchase process with another, in different ways...https://www.youtube.com/watch?
