To the OP, if you have good finances and good history, you can approach a commercial bank for "rehab loans" that may not make it through a GSE underwriting.

Co-ops are highly leveraged.

Dear BP Members,My wife and I purchased a co-op in Jersey City and are about to end the attorney review stage.

You need to find a fellow broker who is an expert in commercial leasing and co-op with them.

Coin op wont make you that much money for 1 unit.
