The blog poster admits that he enters into the contract knowing his intention is to strong arm the seller once the seller can no longer field other offers.I don't believe that the blog post should be removed but the O.P. definitely operates in a gray area & @Walt Payne brings up some valid ethical points.I don't know if there really is a right or wrong answer to this debate.

I could end up with a serial number in the Gray Bar Motel.I like @Benjamin Pekarek's idea of leasing back the property.

Lets say I use username of “Squirrel†but in SS I would put Tree Rat (isn’t that what they call them little gray things) and if I use password of Little Boy I put “daughters 1st horseâ€.

This might be a way to comply with the LTR lease while putting it on Airbnb, but I would consult a lawyer before doing this as it would be a more "gray area" alternative. 

The wall paint color will be Agreeable Gray from Sherwin Williams, which is cooler and more grayish than the walls in the picture.Options:1.
