It wasn't until I really ramped up my marketing efforts that I needed a CRM platform to ensure that all of my leads were being tended to.While a website isn't necessary when starting out, I hired consultants off upwork and had them design my websites using wordpress.

I must admit I'm struggling a little with starting a brand new website for my small local property rental business, because I was really thrilled by the the most comprehensive collection of WordPress themes on http://www.templatemonster.com, http://www.elegantthemes.com, etc., that you will ever need to build your own real estate portal.

Oh, and I wanted to reply to Ryan (this is Evelyn Fassett - we are Roland and Evelyn) - I'm a Wordpress developer and tech support person for entrepreneurs (used to be a software designer) ... 

These are all Wordpress websites running fancy plugins.

If not, I'd consider finding a WordPress theme and customizing it to your brand and business.

I agree with the others about Elance or Odesk, but if you are even remotely tech-savvy, you could build a good looking site through using a self-hosted Wordpress account.

I do almost all of my work through Wordpress.

I am re-building my websites right now to incorporate a word press so I can blog to generate more traffic.
