If you come across and unprofessional, they will paint you as a tire kicker and you won't get far with them.Every once in a while you might stumble across an older owner or a widow that doesn't want to deal with it but these are few and far between.Good luck!

I will disagree with you on some of your responses whereas yes we take care of families etc but Dan Hueschele  I can quote scripture which backs up my beliefs to how we are to look out for one another family strangers  business widowers homeless the list is endless As I am writing these words a homeless man is sleeping on the sidewalk another one has a blanket wrapped around him walking the streets and yet another one is pushing his cart with his belongings a piece of card board atop which obviously is his shelter My point is if we can help others and we have the capacity Its not man who rewards us for being a good steward with what we've been blessed withBut  God will see to it we are rewarded accordinglyWishing you much success for you and family Words ended D
