Although the "free version" provides a ton on useful information, the "premium/ paid-for version" seems to provide wider variety of helpful tools and features that further streamline the RE research process.

I recommend Lux-Str.com, particularly for their blanket portfolio options, which are more cost-effective and feature a much smoother onboarding and annual review process.

Either way, you'll need ways to fill the gaps since STR and LTR management apps don't have all the features needed for MTRs.
