Funny, how the tax people find everyone they need to find.Landlords objected to the idea of signing away their right to object to entry by the government and the word "annual inspection" rolled off of the codes administrator as he was explaining "probable cause" "warrants" etc.

City of Oakwood, however, it seems that point of sale ordinances that call for criminal penalties (whether or not actually enforced) will most likely be held unconstitutional, at least where no administrative warrant procedure is provided.

One tenant i got a warrant of removal after non-payment of March rent at the court, now he went back to show Order of Cause to elongate process etc.
