Funny, how the tax people find everyone they need to find.Landlords objected to the idea of signing away their right to object to entry by the government and the word "annual inspection" rolled off of the codes administrator as he was explaining "probable cause" "warrants" etc.

City of Oakwood, however, it seems that point of sale ordinances that call for criminal penalties (whether or not actually enforced) will most likely be held unconstitutional, at least where no administrative warrant procedure is provided.

I'm having new shingles put on a duplex and the roofer has two options:1) BP Mystique 42 Limited Lifetime Warranty Shingles  (base shingles)2) Malarkey Vista 40 yr Warrant Shingles (+$950 upgrade)Roofer figures upgrading from base shingles will extend shingle life from about 20/25 to 35/40 years.
