I have a lot to learn and look forward to the veteran information on this site.

I was then told there had been damage, and it would therefore not be refunded.I asked for evidence, and was sent photographs of a scratch and some scuffs to an elevator door surround, along with a note saying the area had 'just been painted'.I have no idea if these marks were there before.  

I'll buy the furniture and pay her by the hour to go in and set up, then a photographer to take some really good photos. 

Veteran wholesalers, if you were to start over and you had a $10k per month budget, what would you have done differently?

Lucky for me as a USMC veteran I get some tax exempt/credit from both NJ state and NY.

Find a private investor, banks suck if you can find a hard money person like another veteran Doctor use their money to invest!

I am more motivated now and have been hanging out and learning the game from some seasoned veterans.

Remove all photographs.

Any way I have no dog in the hunt but I do ( as a veteran HML in my own right) agree with Account Closed if you can get your principal back great and some interest  that's a huge bonus..
