As COVID-19 begins to subside due to the vaccines and other factors, I think the short term rental market here will be better than ever, and the nicer vacation rentals will benefit much more than the hotels here due to social distancing. 

Once the vaccine rolled out, we were getting 2-3 new bookings a week in Jan.

Hello Mia, I am in support of participating in an Aurora meet up...especially now that I have my second vaccination. :) Wednesdays would be preferred but open to a Thursday.

The only thing that is going to stop this pandemic is a globally available vaccination.

Lets hope a vaccine arrives soon to put this uncertainty in the past.

Or make it for vaccinated only maybe?

We also require the cat be fully vaccinated and be spayed or neutered which will diminish the chances that they will spray. 

Also, I charge additional pet rent per pet and require that they go through petscreening.com which keeps up with vaccines/vet records.

Plus, the vaccine is getting rolled out which will curb the spread tremendously.
