Schools could be closed for years.While a vaccine and low case counts may bring people back to campus in 2021-2022, it only takes a small decrease in enrollment, even just 5%, to blow a massive hole in the budget of some of these schools. 

Plus, the vaccine is getting rolled out which will curb the spread tremendously.

You should however include a pet clause which states that the tenant will be responsible for any and all pet behavior including damages, vaccinations, etc.

Me; I'm sure I'm nose blind to this.Requirements for pets include spaying/neutering, up to date on vaccinations, documentation that they are on monthly flea control. 

I also have houses that I built in Brazil where I will be retiring to when I sell the Tampa house and get the Johnson and Johnson vaccination.

As COVID-19 begins to subside due to the vaccines and other factors, I think the short term rental market here will be better than ever, and the nicer vacation rentals will benefit much more than the hotels here due to social distancing. 

Once the vaccine rolled out, we were getting 2-3 new bookings a week in Jan.

Hello Mia, I am in support of participating in an Aurora meet up...especially now that I have my second vaccination. :) Wednesdays would be preferred but open to a Thursday.

The only thing that is going to stop this pandemic is a globally available vaccination.

Lets hope a vaccine arrives soon to put this uncertainty in the past.
