On a personal note, It’s taken me 30 years trial and error to learn how to be debt free and not over my head so it scares me terribly to get into bed with seedcredit to cover the cost of a course if I cannot pay it off quickly because the course didn’t work

I'm sure all this is trial and error but I just want to make sure I'm getting good info. 

You’ll have some trial and error along the way but you’ll learn as you go.As far as what’s in David Greene’s book, I think it’s good in a way but it glosses over a lot of the details and finer points.  

They sell you a $400 software that is based on month to month terms includeing a free 3 day trial.

It took a good bit of trial and error to get it to work.

But they are PM's so I think at the end of the day you have to deal with a bit of trial and error.  

They buy a decked out F350 they don't need and can't afford, live from job to job and the risk/reward of going to trial made it too risky to pursue.Live and learn.Oh and I suspect the problem is worse in rapidly growing areas.

I listened to Scott Trench's "Set For Life" for free using a trial membership of audiable.I bought Brandon Turner's books on real estate investing.
