Let's look at it this way, will removing these transition fees lead to higher prices?

How did you handle the transition from STR to LTR?

I plan to start off house hacking small multifamily properties and transition into BRRRRing properties.

Still working on timing my transition from stocks to real estate.

Ever since Hurricane Ian hit Ft Myers, Cape Coral, and Lee County areas we have seen a lot of transition from VR to annual.

At some point most RE investors transition to look at total return.
