There are usually several wholesale deals presented at each event, and I know tonight that there is a deal in Danvers being presented at Black Diamond (url in my signature)

@Mike Hurney runs those last 2 and I believe one is tonight if you want to get the ball rolling.  

Tonight my wife and a trusted co-worker are headed to a KW career night to network and sign up for their seller's course in June.

@Shannon Fong - I seem to be following Ned around tonight here on BP but he said what I was going to suggest -- get out there and meet those actively rehabbing and renting in these areas.  

That 10 day collection period was scheduled to end tonight at 11:59:99, but the hudhomestore listing disappeared around 10am today roughly 14 hours early.Clicking on the property in my saved property list, I get the message that "This property is not listed for sale at this time".

I will definitely look into getting books recommended in the forums after I get through the investor tool kit provided by BP.I will be tuning into tonight's webinar House Hacking 101.

I have a meeting set up with the seller tonight and hopefully we'll make the deal.    

There is also SDCIA which is tonight in Mission Valley at the Scottish Rite Center.
