Our first business operates as an Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy center called The Equine Discovery Center, we are one year into that venture.

I have accepted a position for school for Respiratory Therapy at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where my house is/was for sale.

My son will be going to grad school for Physical Therapy in the fall in Coral Gables, FL and we want to buy a home for him and his girlfriend to live in.

In the next few months I'll be starting to put a team together; I'm looking at the Cincinnati or Dayton OH area for my first property.My plan is to use REI as a way to supplement my income (my day job is physical therapy) and build a nice RE portfolio to allow my family to travel and retire by the time I'm 55.I want to thank everyone who contributes to this site, the information on here is awesome.Look forward to connecting!!

How long will the therapy income take to pay back the cost of the education?  

This is not a "one and done" conversation either, but a continuous one that will evolve over time.This is not only investment advice, but also somewhat pre-marriage therapy.

The final kind of houses are the dirt cheap houses I call therapy houses. 

Own a small surf-based physical therapy practice in San Diego and work also on Catalina Island.

Then we network and discuss what we are currently working, trade experiences and expertise on various situations and provide real estate entrepreneur therapy to each other.
