Looking for a good REIA in Northern VA

Hi. I'm just getting started in REI and am in need of a good REIA group. I'm looking for content, networking and education, not sales pitches. I've been on Meetup.com to see if there was anything worth while but not having any experience, can't afford a mentorship at this present time, I'd like to cut through the BS and get down to really starting my business off right by surrounding myself with successful people who do this day-in and day-out. Any suggestions?

Hi Danyiel,

There is a group that meets in Fairfax called "Capital REI Group." You can lookup the group on facebook. The guy that runs it is Roger Lin and he is a member on here.

I've only been able to go to the group once, but it was a good experience and am hoping to attend future meetings (work permitting).
