Within the medical community you'll find all sorts of people who pick up travel contracts, like respiratory therapists, physical therapists, phlebotomists, etc.

I’ve been seeing a therapist and psychologist about my adhd and autism and anxiety since long before the pandemic.

Respiratory therapist, Certified Nurse Assistants, Medical Assistants, etc...they also travel.

I’m a physical therapist but also have my brokers license   Would love to just do investing full time !

Besides RE, I'm a licensed massage therapist, have been a flight attendant, and have a BA in Liberal Arts.

@Bryce Richardson I am a therapist who still practices therapy and I am also a real estate investor.  

I have had chances to do a mid term rental for traveling teachers and a pair of physical therapists but both fell through.

No daycare, no massage therapists, no counseling offices, etc.It also raises my hackles when a Section 8 Tenant has a "side hustle" because - in my experience - it's very common for them to work a private business or get paid under the table and not report that income to HAP, which means they are living on the public dole for no reason.
