If I understand correctly you have a Solo 401(k) and are being told you need to find a new Third Party Administrator/Recordkeeper.

You want to make sure that each step you take is correct and well founded to ensure the best resolution possible for yourself.

Plenty of opportunities if you price your place correctly and you offer better options then local hotels. 

You're certainly correct, this market it pretty awesome, which brings in a lot of competition.

You should have an opt-out of the contract too, so if there is anything that you are not being represented correctly on you can opt-out of it as well.
