It should clearly spell out what circumstances allow you to fire the PM.

The lease has it spelled out in black and white.

Call lenders local to the real estate until one can spell "Delayed Financing Exception" without the use of a spell checker, and that's your lender.

And you must give them a receipt spelling this all out and have them sign it.

Check the Get Rich Education Podcast, there is a lender that frequents the show named "Chalee" something (that is 100% spelled incorrectly).
