I warn people about these every chance I get. now that I found this site and other ways to get software that is the same on the back-end for a lot less I am going to redirect people instead of just warn them.it just seems like they all are just a cult type recruitment. like fortune builders, their line was literally if you give us all your money, you wont need any of your own anyway you use other people's money. guess what, no one will do a deal with you if you don't have any money of your own. no one wants to swim with the kid that obviously can't. and no one wants to entrust money to someone that looks like a financial idiot. due diligence in everything you do.

I am interested to here from short term lenders - bridge loans etc about what software or processes you currently use to manage your loan book. 

Been trying multiple sites or softwares like dealio, crexi, zillow  in finding the best deals.

That's like a company that does software development giving employees a bonus for referring other good programmers automatically makes the company a "scam".

@Katie P.It seems that Quest is exiting the Solo 401(k) line of business.The company SEPiraK provided software for Solo 401(k) recordkeeping to Quest.I understand they are planning to to offer recordkeeping and plan document maintenance services to Quest clients with no cost to transition.
