That is the size claim where I would want one involved if it were me.

I think mid-sized GCs would be more interested in this type of thing.

I am seeing a ton of investors spending money on education to get into bigger deals at an accelerated rate only to retreat back to buying the properties  that were of appropriate size and undertaking.

I am basically end up ina  nice size apartment with yard for about $500 after top unit goes towards the mortgage.
