There is some cracking along where the house meets the side walk and driveway conrete (should form nice sealled 90 degree angle).

For example, your contractors or a random guy walking on the sidewalk outside your house, where he slips and hurts himself...

Then I had to start the eviction process against my original tenant, it has now just finished in court and the eviction has been granted, just waiting till Tuseday for the bailiff to throw their belongings onto the sidewalk.

Maybe he did feel a bit "guilty" and wanted to get a broader opinion to strengthen his resolve.And even if he was planning on executing this strategy, he still came here asking first - and as far as we know, he is going to change his tactic.It's so great being in a community where so many people feel cool judging some other guy because they are confident that they would handle (a theoretical) $20k sitting on the sidewalk in front of them differently than OP here.For all we know, the amounts could be much higher.

Also inspect the foundation for water intrusion, and driveway sidewalks for cracks. 

@Gus Muller I bought a house in Coon Rapids in February and ran into the same issues and had to replace the sidewalks as well.
