And with good advice from BPM like the ones I seen here I should secced greatly.My husband, 3 children, sister and i are looking to start a local discount, brand name stations, made in America by Americans Small business mixed merchandise store. 

,I like the old school method; I think you are right that it is a good way to showcase your portfolio.

I graduated from THE Ohio State University and work full time as a Merchandise Planner for a corp retailer.

First was a 1.5 million square foot merchandise trading center. 

It showcases the key success traits: persistence, faith, and sacrifice.

Find a great real estate photographer  - they know how to showcase the space. 

That would seem to me that you'd want to follow similar strategies that successful bed n breakfasts  & other funky airbnbs do: find a blog that pulls out fun & wacky listings, see if you can get it showcased there.

Contrary to what others are saying, flip property is not a capital asset, but instead, it is merchandise to your property flipping business, even if you only do one flip.  

I booked a flight to Cincinnati that day (in part because we had friends that lived there and loved it and it met the initial tests of growth and price ranges we were looking for).I also ran lots of numbers off of Loopnet, Commercial Search,  and Showcase.
