Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the site as of today. I graduated from THE Ohio State University and work full time as a Merchandise Planner for a corp retailer. Expecting first child this year so really want to build finances even more. I currently own 3 homes, 2 of which are rentals. Would like to get to 12-15 before I retire. I have listened to Clayton Morris's podcast quite a bit and would like to expand my knowledge base as well as network with people. Curious about peoples experiences with Wholesale Purchases as this interests me. Also would love to hear about rental homes purchases out of state and city where you live. I recently went through the RE courses to obtain my license, but do to the crazy market in Columbus have postponed this. It's not a market for a PT RE Agent.

I look forward to learning from you all. Thanks!

Best,

Kyle
