We've since moved out and there have been absolutely no complaints about bugs, and we're in Austin, TX where there is no shortage of critters with exoskeletons that can make themselves at home. 

the rentals were in a shortage, even though the locals were not renting the expensive one, there were still many people from out-of-state rented it.  

Probably the biggest problem now is that post crisis, they are in demand and there is a shortage of skill out there at all levels.

I did find it interesting that the biggest problem for rental housing (or housing in general) at the moment in NH is that there is a shortage of homes under $300k and rentals under $1100/mo.

I have never had a VC Success Story, but in our early days we saw no shortage of meetings and proposals sent out. 

Everyone 8 years ago gets the same data.....high growth, shortage of inventory, let's build....everyone jumps in at the same time and runs their numbers....stretches them a bit to meet cap rate goals and lender requirements and the BOOM is on. 

A building boom in Dallas has no bearing on a supply shortage in Reno.

As a state capitol, with OSU graduating 6000+ students a year and with the tax incentives offered that attract  and keep big business here, there is no shortage of need for multifamily housing.  

Similar to the 08 housing crash oil is bouncing back from a huge recession and that affected the research and development of many of the big companies thus removing a large potential supply of oil from future production so it may catch up to us just like there’s a housing shortage in many areas now because of how many builders went under from the GFC.
