The idea is to close as many deals as possible for the month of December 2023 and start 2024 that will shock the Real Estate World.

All this spending and lack of income for many counties is starting to shed its light now and people are going to have significant sticker shock.

I am still shocked that they are taking you to court over such a small issue, I would think legal fees would be well in excess of $600 for both parties.

The numbers are appealing but if you have no experience be prepared for drop shock.  

If they end up being less then its a nice surprise, but you won't be in for a shock if you estimate too low. 

One guy came in and bid probably $50k over everyone else, who sat there in a bit of shock and he won.Unless you can get inside the property and check it out, an auction isn't a good first property.
