I have a high school senior, HS junior, HS freshman, 6th grader and a 20 year old finishing his second semester of local college after joining the National Guard.

However, i'm to far into the semester in order to register at the local community colleges (Most CC's don't offer RE couses in the summer) Can anyone recommend any Real Estate Schools in the SoCal area.

And as Jon references, students may not be interested in leasing through the summer (unless they happen to be taking summer classes) so you have to decide if you want to lock them/their parents in for a full year lease, or potentially have a couple "dead" months between semesters when no one is renting the place out.

Because her disability does not count as income I get a good amount of financial aid for college, this semester was only $445 without room/board and meal plans and I was able to pay out of pocket.

That is why a major is really only 30 semester credits of the 120 to earn a bachelors.

The Military gave me my last paycheck on the first of November but will start giving me housing allowance for attending school every semester (they don’t give me allowance in the summer or between semesters).
