What if this lender they recommend is not ethical?

This is where the lender and original owner seek the investigation by the A.G., FTC, HUD and others and the FBI does actually get involved to see if there is a pattern.   

My wife and I started managing more properties for others as word of mouth recommendations started and we started to use the management and arbitrage cash flow to acquire our own properties and fund the BRRRs we were working on.  

Or a real estate attorney they’d recommend in Charlotte incase an eviction is what it comes to?

All these properties were bought sight unseen on their recommendations. 

You could seek administrative roles, leasing assistant positions, or internships to learn the business paycheck.
