I've been following the news and rumors that Nimes Capital is planning to develop 79 acres of mixed-use near Oracle's new campus off of E.

I hear rumor that by law it's 10, but that's also if you have the income to support that plan. 

I heard a rumor that it has been eliminated, but I have not found where to confirm this, or heard it again. 

I heard a rumor that studio style cardboard-box rental may be in pretty soon...Having a property an hour away is not a bad deal if it cash-flows but does it still cash-flow with you hiring a property manager who can take care of the immediate issues, IF you're not willing to drivie 50 -60 min to address any/ all tenants issue.s. 

Although I have heard rumors this will change in 2018, currently title examination standards for Oklahoma do not allow you to take title on your deed in only the name of the Series, you have to still list the parent LLC - for example "ABC, LLC as nominees for it's series, Series 123" so it's questionable how much asset protection this really offers if you're still deeding all your properties in the parent LLC name.

Lately, the rumor is that Kohl's burning cash quick so as Sage Stores.

Did you confirm this through sales records, checked to see if this seller does own all of the homes of the street, or are we now into unverified rumors.

Of more concern are rumors that the Biden administration may force sell those assets in IRA etc. etc. 

Rumor has it a campground is going up for sale near me, and its peaked my interest as to possibly trying to acquire it.
