I completely agree with Austin and Jonathan—having a CPA with real estate expertise is invaluable, especially during your first year.

However, it does demand solid digital marketing expertise to see positive results.

These are individuals who are already conditioned to take on greater risk with the hope of a higher reward outcomes and will be attracted to the potential of syndicating real estate deals.Despite the greater risks associated with their current professions, I am sure most if not all are involved in businesses with  greater than a 2-3% success rate.

This is an opportunity to confirm they have the expertise you need.

However, it does require solid expertise in digital marketing to achieve positive results.As for list pulling: you've got solid services like PropStream and Listsource to name a few

The way I see it is increased risk but no increased reward.
