We removed a few walls and made it an open concept home.

That entails removing it from the lot and placing it in a storage area.

It does need maintenance at least once a year with Leather Food or the like to keep it nice.

Just some food for thought for anyone looking to invest in the immediate area.

Don’t forget to take into account utilities including internet, lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc. into consideration.

If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

Common utilities paid by the landlord will be similar if not the same; standard services (extermination, changing filters, snow removal, fire safety inspections etc.) will cost the same.Expenses will vary depending on the market.
