What I found helpful was that it was flexible since the whole course was pre-recorded videos with printed materials to go with it.  

My garage was a similar foot print; he shared the blueprint he followed; I was sure I could do this.But self-doubt crept in: Could I do it?

Curious as to why you had to take a print screen of a conversation.

The landlord policy will pay for damage to the building.Your renters policy would pay for damage to your personal property.The renters policy pays for damage to the tenants property.I hope that helps - talk to your agent and if they seem confused print this out and show it to them (and maybe get a different agent lol)

Hard to describe but imagine a very busy piece of stationary with colorful shapes and starbursts that then had text printed over it.

Just be sure to read ALL of the fine print in the operating agreement.

I prefer white because stainless steel shows finger prints.
