However my, wife is pregnant with our first child and will be REALLY pregnant durning the first 60 days after closing. 

But my wife is pregnant, baby is coming and the MFRs in this neighborhood are pretty old and not safe for kids.

When i met them in order to give them the keys I found out that the spouse was 8+ months pregnant.

We were planning on going into business together so we created this LLC to do so, but then of course life happened and now they are pregnant and need to place a hold on real estate investing whereas I am still getting started! 

When we got to this property I had become aware that I was not one-month pregnant and that getting a home would be much more crucial for our futures.

For example, taking a new job 500 miles away or if your wife got pregnant with twins an the house is too small.

Another layer... my wife is pregnant and due in January.

With 2 young children and another on the way, it may be a challenging time to speak about this and get your point across - I had a rough time speaking with my wife about ANYTHING while she was pregnant.

If you want to discriminate on one of the subsets - pregnant women, or veterans - I wouldn't tell anyone either.
