So, keeping an eye on it and addressing minor fixes (like securing loose shingles) can be a practical middle ground.

Those are standard practices.

Non payment evictions are practically non existent.

Also, as I understand it you gutted those houses, putting in practically new everything.

It's good practice to let the tenants know you will be working on the common areas so they don't think it's a complete stranger or someone spying on them.

Wholesalers give far less from what I’ve seen in practice and in “training.”
