I never thought of that because I don't really ever get post cards from realtors looking for listings.

Hi BiggerPockets,I'm preparing to drop my first 1,000 postcards to absentee owners with 91-100% equity in my area.

Postcards are cheaper to mail than yellow letters, but potentially have a different response rate.  

People say the one thing that really helps is being very detailed about what you send, when, what the message was, how it was sent, etc.If you're working from an iffy list, I think it's smart to send postcards the first time, since a lot of them may get returned to you (hint: you need a return address on the piece).

Anyone have a good template or design for postcards?

Do I need to have a complete website set up with my company name, business cards, bandit signs, postcards etc.

Although, the position that I currently work gets a lot of RTS (return to sender) or COA (change of address) mail, the letters and postcards with the big yellow vacancy sticker on them.

Did you sent out some postcards?

I started my investing business and started to do bandit signs, but I also want to do yellow letters or post card.

Buy lists of targeted groups and send postcards periodically.
