In Los Angeles, we've seen a significant drop in 2023 vs 2022 in travel nurse demand, both the number of travel nurses looking for housing and their budgets.

So, I drove from Los Angeles to Idaho and painted a 1600 sq ft 4 bedroom 1-story house two coats of paint including the ceilings with 1 helper in two days.

I currently own an investment property in my home state/city (Los Angeles, CA), and was considering buying a rental property in another state.

There was a company in Los Angeles that said they would issue tax sale title insurance for $5,000.
