When I search for rentals as a user and not as a landlord the search result shows as apartments with 3 units and when I click it then it brings up all 3 houses and says which unit the user want to go to.I paid for this premium listing and want my listing to be separated out.

Most agents run on the model of listing a property, which can take 2-6 months to sell and receive the commission... then I see most agents turning that paid marketing channel off 4-6 months in because they're in $8k deep with no revenue to show for it yet... so they say "This isn't sustainable...

They should also be able to get paid in certain scenarios other that selling and/or they can charge an up front retainer fee to charge you for the paperwork if that is all they do.

If so, shifting that to the tenants at the time of lease renewal is another great way to decrease her overall debt service.Other good ways to increase revenue in the mean time:- Raising washer/dryer prices. this may only equate to $4-$5 per unit per week, but its better than nothing- If there are any unassigned parking spaces, meaning not attached to any lease, make them paid only any offer them to tenants at a new fee.
