According to the Airbnb guest, the cigarette odor permeated every part of the building, including the foyer/common areas and the Airbnb unit.My Airbnb guests left me a scathing 2 star review, with one star for value and cleanliness due to the odor.

I've heard grumblings that HELOCs are going to be few and far between for the next bit... nothing really to substantiate that other than other's opinions.If you are going to refinance and cash out that $100K, my lenders are telling me to wait for a bit until the pipelines clears and rates come down a bit (and yes, they could go up as well... we just don't know).

If allowed, tenants should acknowledge in the lease that it is allowed, and neighbors’ odors may be present.In the present situation, I think the only issue that needs addressing is the marijuana smoking.
