Unfortunately for us, neither of us have been to the area and have some obvious holes in our knowledge when it comes to a multitude of things that I'm hoping someone out here can give us insight into.1) What are some of pitfalls that we need to look out for in the area?

I would not let a bible verse that you take literally influence you .My old partner in Timber would say were there are a multitude of counselors there is wisdom or something to that affect.so no problem getting advice from the multitude but you don't need to go into contractual arrangements. 

Or is it a multitude of things that you look at to guess where the market is at?

Now a multitude of the projects in the Carolinas in and around Charlotte.

I use email and text for a multitude of reasons but number 1 is I can refer back to that email to see exactly what they said and they can’t deny they said it.

However, if an investor was going to give him 300k and it was actually a legitimate deal there should be multitudes of cash buyers in line that could easily give him that.
