Maybe other cities are different, but my guess is they prefer to work with one city versus a hundred property owners.I don't know if it will be 100 property owners since they'll probably mount on right-of-way things like power poles since they need some source of power which are usually city-controlled.In that case, I'll take dealing with 10000 prop owners (since I can just ask a neighbor, if a guy says no) instead of someone at the city looking for pole (NOT poll) taxes. 

Good example, I had a slight pricing and supply chain issue on some needed materials, I could have thrown $ at the problem but instead I made some calls and I bought a partial rail car of the material, lined up my own motor carrier, was able to cut 2 middle-men out of logistical chain, 1 1/2hr drive to rail yard to personally supervise and we got out materials, faster than anyone could deliver, for 30% discounting AFTER all associated costs.

I can't see having to replace the whole kitchen unless you rebuilt your engine on it and stained it with motor oil or some such.

He was able to quit his job at General Motors in 10 months.He was sharing with me that the cash on cash return and some of these leveraged cabins is 40 to 60% annually. 

The cold room doesn't have the register blocked at all, and all but two other vents in the whole place are mostly blocked, which can't be good for the blower motor. 

Are we talking some canoes and kayak or a motor boat.

To paint a picture for you if the energy source ( pad mount transformer, handhole or pedestal) is on the opposite side of the property of the meter.

I will for sure look at availability of local laundromats @John Underwood @Nathan G. i am getting new stoves and fridges but talked myself out of expensive microwaved and will be getting just basic countertop ones for like $50.00 (I was originally going to get the nice wall mounted ones with fans blah blah blah)   I am trying to be more smart about these newer purchases and try to sss them as a business.
