The attorney of residence may have leases they have crafted for other property owners and can ammend them to suit your concerns.

I also turned a spare bedroom into my "dressing room"...basically a walk in closet, complete with a reading chair, craft desk, and cushy sheep-skin rug.

You should keep meticulous notes on each application noting what you did, when, what you found out and how that affects the applications status.
