As many others have said I will find a lender who is mentally capable of handling my offer of an oddball number if thats how it works out. 

@will g. thank you so much, it just gets hard to continue to put up the facade in front of your family when something is, actually, mentally breaking you. 

It doesn't matter whether the deals are good deals or not, you are just building the skills of understanding what to look for and what parameters you can mentally set in your head.

There's a mentality problem here that may seem minor on the surface but this is a big red flag in my opinion.

Scarcity mentality 

The mentality I had was if these people were the real deal I thought they would give REIA meetings and if someone had a good deal they would be willing to work with you and take a percentage of the profits instead of charging $24,000 for coaching.

I’m finally back on my feet financially and mentally.

I guess you can say its the cowboy mentality lol.
