Some people are able to save money and budget and others are not really good at it.

How do you approach educating people on the realities of the business? 

I just can’t imagine how everyday people spend this much money on pipe.I don’t think insurance covers any of the foundation repair, also wonder if insurance will cover any of the sewer line repair work?

did you know that banks have their own font and font size (so its like creating your own currency, if you do it and use the right people you will know). 

I’ve been coaching new investors for a while, and I always enjoy hearing about what brings people to real estate.

Unfortunately BP search for people is less than desirable so had to make a post to try and find people.If you are in the area, love to connect as we have a lot of opportunities (portfolio of assets) that just came our way.

There are some that are great for sure, but I have currently heard terrible stories about people putting money in the last 2-3 years and losing it all, capital calls and losing the whole deal due to bad bridge loans (some coming do very soon). 

You can not lose anything and no one can take from you.
