Regardless of the price you pay, you likely won’t ever be able to find an MHP investor who wants this so you might get stuck with it.

I put the first, largest mortgage in under the loan option in the BP calculator.

My largest rental is commercial and I've found many numbers are higher. 

You'd have to refinance out of it if you ever needed to move into the property since it's only available for investments.

I've learned a ton about syndications, partnerships, funding for construction, the development process and so much more about managing consultants than I will ever care to admit. 

Also who ever is representing you can just go direct to the title company and request they send out mutual release instructions ( which they do all the time) your not being represented very well by your agent.
