They can watch Hgtv or watch some YouTube or go to some seminar and be easily convinced something is easy and can be done (like remote brrr).My feeling for how people should start out varies by the person.

I need to be the first millionaire in my family I promised it to myself, my mom is relying on me and the people that doubted me are watching me.

I have been watching the FB page and did attend a sub2 group meeting or two. 

I am seeing a lot more clients investing in the Vegas thing, and I tend to watch trends so I am always curious why investors are moving to certain areas.  

Yes, you can use proceeds from multiple exchanges and buy into a single replacement property (WATCH the timing though - as as soon as you close on your first relinquished property then you are on the clock).

But aside from that, the marketplace "done for you" deals program is a total lie and I see so many people in there every day that don't realize this at all and it's really painful to watch that.
