This its slightly irrational, as the numbers support debt service.

Regardless of the service level, complimentary or paid, they always act like they paid and are owed someone sitting on the phone putting up with their disrespect and irrationality.

They are demanding, irrational and contentious. 

Its very irrational. 

Making sure those smoke detectors work literally saves lives at virtually no cost to anyone, except the people with the irrational hatred of all thinga regulatory and the slumlords.  30 seconds of paper work, a cost that gets past onto the tenant, and 10 minutes of the tenants time when they do the inspection.

I agree, negative reviews sting even when it’s clear the guest is being irrational.

@Lauren LiGreci BrownAgree the unknown can be stressful but you just need to focus on the things that you actually have control over and don't let the irrational fear get a hold on you. 

The flips are usually houses that have features that create the "love bidding", when a buyer falls in love with a feature and bids irrationally high.

The market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.

What I do know is it is best not to become emotional, hate irrationally, and to speak form those standpoints.
