$10 is laughable, as to consideration to the value of assuming ownership rights, it is a recital as to contracts, but not as to equity, there are two courts, one at law another in equity which has noting to do with what investors speak of as to equitablr intersts in RE as we usually think of it, as to the bundle of rights.An option must have a term that is definite, it absolutely can not be open until some contingency is met.
