I would not be comfortable living at the intersection you mentioned, but other pockets of the neighborhood see less crime.

One street may be horrible where just across the intersecting street on the other side may be ok or even pretty good.

At some point if done right they do intersect.

These buildings are on the on the main road in town and less the 100' from the intersection with the other main road.  

That way u can see what works and what doesnt.Theres 3 main ways u can market.Direct Mail (You send a mail piece to a person's house from a list), Bandit Signs (Put them by major intersections; stick to weekends so u dont get in trouble) and Google Adwords (When someone types in like "We buy houses" and they enter their information, call them back and find out their situtation.)3rd, When people call in, find out motivation and set an appointment.

The lots are located at a busy intersection with a stop light near the airport, I would love to speak to someone who knows more about these types of situations and hear advice on how I could best service my clients. 

About 10 years ago my neighborhood association learned that a little, triangular sliver of land in the middle of one of the busiest 6-way intersections in the city was "abandoned" private property.

I also have an extensive list of properties with tax sales history that I can intersect with my neighborhood-specific information to focus on properties with a history of tax delinquencies.
