Hello,I am building a new home and this will be my primary resident however the neighbor who sold me the building lot is now becoming super nosy and interfering with my contractors and almost harassing me and the contractors.

Sometimes, it is a bitter divorcee with nothing better to do than harass other people and use the position to exert come sort of control over those around him/her.

The police would not do anything about it, because the tenants had to be the ones to file a complaint, and they were too scared to do it, so the harassment continued until they were forced to move out; leaving the house vacant and exposed once again.

Don't harass them too much.
