I'm producing 12-15% fixed return on investors money, but it's a tough environment and you have to be good at dealing with the worst tenants on the planet...at least i feel that way. 

It happens in every country and in every corner of the planet.

The greatest societies in the history of the planet, whether good or evil, became that way through strong public administration, i.e. government.

It's just good business.In my opinion (and there are a ton of people and facts that would support me), Kiyosaki and Cardone are two of the biggest snake oil salesmen on the planet. 

Keep grinding and the planets will eventually align for you.

Those investors look at the planet and select NYC as the place to invest.

Not to say that we're not the most innovative country on the planet, but we don't have nearly the advantage over the rest of the world that we used to have, and it's being degraded more and more every year.

I heard an attorney claim that real estate was the most litigated area for liability, I bet that is a stretch tying slip and falls and medical claims to the real estate, Yes, all accidents happen on planet earth, doesn't mean the property owner was negligent.  

I learned to fish there.. how to shoot a gun.. how to drive up to a dairy and buy the best cheese on the planet.. what smoked meats and brats were all about.. along with corn on the cob being sold like they use to sell on the ice cream trucks were I grew up in San Jose CA. 

Modularization is just a much GREENER technology all around.
