Owning a home should be a requirement for Realtors.Change my mind freaks.basically the number of realtors should be few, another suggestion is it's best if realtor is also having MBA with degree in housing or public policy :-)I get your message and approve your message, realtor should be few and elites.

You're already in college, so it sounds like getting a degree is pretty probable so why not take advantage of a *higher* salary for a few years and the fact banks will find you more appealing and just use that to scale faster.
